Testing information

Dear Advanced Placement Students:

Welcome to the 2018 AP Exam! This introductory letter provides general information for mandatory meetings and upcoming deadlines for ordering AP Exams.

Advanced Placement Exams will be administered this year during the weeks of May 7th–May 11th and May 14th-18th. Students must register for all AP exams through Total Registration. All exams must be paid for by credit card, debit card or check.

During the week of March 5th, our AP Coordinators, Ryan Walz and Trisha Weber, will be talking to students and delivering important AP materials to all students enrolled in AP classes.

All registration must be completed between March 5th –March 16th online. The cost per exam is $98.00. Students will register for all exams on the Total Registration website. Students that miss the normal registration time may still register for exams March 17th-22nd. There will be a $10.00 late fee per exam. Students must meet this final deadline for registration or they will not have exams for May testing. No refunds will be given after April 6th. All registration and cancelations must be done through Total Registration.

Mandatory Information Session: There will be pre-administration sessions for all students taking AP Exams. Students must attend one of the two sessions in the York Cafeteria. AP administration sessions will be held Wednesday April 18th (late start) at 8:15 a.m or 3:15 p.m where students will complete all pre-exam paperwork. Plan accordingly with before and after school commitments. If you arrive late to the 8:15 a.m. session, you will be directed to attend after school.
